for Beate Forsvik

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to booking and purchasing services from Beate Forsvik.

By booking an appointment you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Beate Forsvik offers coaching, therapy/guidance and related services.

The services are guidance and personal development, and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

3. Payment

Payment is made when booking via the website.

Booking is binding once payment has been made.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before an appointment, and this does not apply to weekends, but regular business days. If the customer has an appointment on Monday morning at 9 am, you must send a message BEFORE 9 am on Thursday the week before. If the customer has an appointment on, for example, Wednesday at 12 noon, they must notify us no later than Monday at 12 noon.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the amount will not be refunded.

5. Limitation of liability

The customer is responsible for choices and actions based on the guidance provided.

Beate Forsvik cannot be held responsible for decisions the customer makes.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Changes

Beate Forsvik reserves the right to update the terms and conditions as necessary.
